Okay - they could not reproduce the issue, and at this point since I'm not getting reports of people experiencing this anymore, I'm going to shelve it in lieu of more important stuff to focus on. That being said, you will notice the Recent Topics sidebar on the main forum is now back to it's old pre-upgrade mode, so it's actually useful now.

That scene in The Last Jedi (what Rey saw in the dark place) with all the copies of Rey repeated endlessly almost seems to imply that... The Emperor (outside of the movies, in the now-retconned expanded universe) survived by having clones... and clones aren't anything new to Star Wars... I really hope Abrams and co. have figured out a plausible way for Palpatine to be back (other than a force ghost, since if the Jedi can be ghosts, why can't Sith) - a major part of the plot will hinge on this information. And I'm betting Lando plays as big a role in this movie (if not less so) than he did in RotJ

That's interesting - the vendor wasn't able to reproduce this (yet) and asked me what browser/OS I was experiencing it with (Chrome 76, Windows 10 1803) - is that just stock Opera, with no plugins, etc.? BTW - it happens with all the skins, so it's not a theme-related issue.

Is that coaster a creation of your own, or was that a commercial set? Wow, that's cool - I honestly can't recall the last time I saw a LEGO commercial on TV (but I don't watch much TV, and probably not the kids' television where they would run it).

I'm actually interested in this - if they can control the urge to not bring in Jedi and focus on everyday people in the galaxy, this may end up being good. Also, if they can keep the effects quality up for the series (so far what they've shown looks really good). I'm cautiously optimistic, but the evil Rey with the switchblade lightsaber (just LOL, even though it was previously seen in the Clone Wars cartoon) is a total Force vision/nightmare scene. I'm wondering how big of a role Palpatine/The Empire plays in this movie (those Star Destroyers in the one scene look like Empire ones, not First Order) - it almost seems like since Rian Johnson prematurely killed Snoke, Abrams has to bring back the Empire/Emperor to have a really evil force to go against instead of just emo boy Ren.
