Great game, forgot how amazing the enemy AI is. they are aggressive but also smart about it, they don't just bum rush you but work together to flank you or flush you out with a grenade.

Main pitfall is how readily available the slowmo is, it really makes the game easy and hides you from the real time intensity of the combat. You forget how fast the AI is, how they are constantly moving around and changing positions because you can usually wipe out a whole squad in one slowmo iteration.

if this was the final dank meme

if the thread were ever to be locked

this would be the one to end it all on, i'm quite serious.

  3. I'm trying to find a venue that will let us throw a monthly IDM party, but this city is fucking outrageously expensive. One venue wants to charge $500 each night and their calendar is almost completely empty. They have more to gain by having people come in and buy drinks on a Thursday night than nothing at all. What the fuck.

Whatever happened to the shows at F8?

Started reading The Disaster Artist by Greg Sestero (who plays Mark in The Room). Hard to put down, especially being a huge fan of The Room and Tommy's personality. Some of Greg and Tommy's interactions sound like fan fiction, but I'm trusting that Greg isn't playing things over the top to sell more books. I'd give Greg the benefit of the doubt because of Tommy's eccentricities

the book's pretty short, should be finished in a day or so

I want everything in this book to be real. Wiseau is a fascinating human being. Great read.

Sad they didn't cast Greg as himself in the movie, wasted opportunity imo.

Ya i guess Dave Franco is playing Mark. I mean, from what I've read so far, Tommy and Greg's relationship sort of forms a kind of buddy movie with Tommy being the one with the crazy big ideas that aren't fully realized and Greg being the voice of reason for Tommy, while still just going along for the ride. I'm sure Dave and James Franco will have some on screen chemistry by being brothers

Wait so James Franco is playing Tommy??? I thought he was just directing uuuuggghhh

  7. It's madness.  And I'm at a stage where I even want to hear all the music that was historically influential, even if it's something I wouldn't be that into.  Like "I should really hear some Eagles albums" or Justin Bieber or whatever the fuck.  But it's hard enough finding time to hear the music I love, let alone all the stuff that confounds me.

Yea I do this a lot. You'd be surprised at how much stuff you'll like even if you think you won't be that into it. Theres a reason why some albums stick around forever
