Lovely how this interview with former Trump operative Nunberg unfolds. The goods are in the second half of the interview where Nunberg basically says he assumes Don jr. Informed Trump about the meeting in Trump tower (but thinks there's nothing wrong with that in a legal sense). A happy coincidence is there's an actual lawyer present who can explain the relevant laws and why, if true, that shit was illegal. Nothing new, other than that besides Bannon you have another Former Trump operative saying it's highly likely Trump knew about the meeting.

I get that for sure. But if he's successful in this, even moderately, it's a huge win in my books. Hate the fucker. But gun control is high up on my "USA is really fucked up" list. Not saying it'd sway me to support the dementia ridden cheetoh. What kind of gun control do you recommend? Considering two options: 1 Shoot anyone carrying a gun 2 everyone a mandatory musket. And musket only!

Amateur tip: create a new thread. You've entered at page 462 of a thread with a collection of links for people to read and get up to speed speaking martian. That should tell you it belongs in a different thread. Also, if people aren't up to speed after more than 400 pages, odds are they never will. Go search for some thread about AI and machine rights or something. I'm sure that's been covered here before. Trump and AI don't mix well. Unless you want to venture the subject of artificial stupidity. At which point the ethical issue becomes trivial.

silver lining: if trump gets some laws changed (bumpstock, registration/mental health limitations/ age), that'd be quite the achievement. regardless of...well anything really. if he gets that written into law, that's a plus. trump might even be able to write history in a positive way. that is, if he's actually being serious about it. who knows at this point...

Also note the "self-affirmation" messages on his sleaves. "45" and "MAGA". I guess he still can't believe he's the 45th. Or am I giving him too much credit? ;) edit: "MAGA" appears to be shopped. "45" not though...
