yeah, it's not the deepest or most amazingly written thing ever, but it's very solid. I particularly like the fact it hasn't descended into farce like Sons of Anarchy and other shows often do after they wear out their welcome.

They are pretty far from each other, but isn't that exactly the point though? To see the progress and the things he experienced to give some context how some prick laywer came to be? I have nothing but praise for this show anyway, the last episode was incredible. Ever since I saw their use of color explained it got even better too. nah, Jimmy was a good guy even in Breaking Bad, he was genuinely looking out for Walt and Jessie. yeah, he was also a corrupt POS, but at his core he was a decent guy.

this is exactly what I don't like about it. I've hardly ever been able to enjoy Korean movies for this very reason, they're all OTT ridix. really? http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0374546/

jesus, that scene was brutal. brought a tear to my eye. this is definitely shaping up to be a better show than breaking bad, a show I loved despite despising the two main characters. the main protagonists in this are all so much more likeable, and the writing is a step up as well I think. everything else seems like a gradual improvement as well, music, post-production, how it's shot, etc. there's definitely going to be another season, hopefullymaybe one more after that, don't think they need anything more than that. also, the sex crime thing has nothing to do with current events, was just an interesting tidbit from his past.

did he mention in that syrobonkers thing if he actually sold any of them?

Snowpiercer was a fairly thinly disguised piece of marxist propaganda, but despite that I found it quite enjoyable.

Pakistan also has nukes, not technically in the middle east, but close enough to make no difference to your point. Might as well count India by that logic then No, they're not really that invovled in the politics of the middle east. Their beefs are fairly limited to Pakistan, but there's a lot more going on with Pakistan than just Kashmir.

Yeah The Knick was very well put together. Subject matter pretty interesting too. Latest season of Archer is better than the last couple, but I think alot of the in-jokes are starting to fall pretty flat, and most everything involving the other characters has been pretty weak (Lana/Archer stuff has been good though), seems like it's just been jammed in there to fill up the time. Last Man on Earth is alright, not a huge number of laughs, but Forte is good to watch. Wasn't a big fan of the Man In The High Castle pilot, thought it deviated a bit too much from the book, focused too much on the evil nazis, I seem to remember the book treating the alternate universe as much more normal as if not much really changed for the main characters after the war, mostly people just getting on with things. Looked really weird too, like some shitty instagram filter was over the whole thing.

you can't blame the show's writers too much though, they're sticking pretty close to the comic on this one.- 2,122 replies

The 80s Scarface is terrible, they'd have to try pretty hard to make it worse. The original one was great though.

Other than that though, I can't really think of any complaints/plot holes, while I can think of several dozen for Inception & the Batmen films. The obvious answer is to preserve the magic future fuel for exploring, as it turned out they could've done with some more, so it was a pretty good call to use the rocket to begin with. That said there was a pretty big plot hole... Those guys are dumb, also assholes. The star trek thing they did was funny, but not seen anything worthwhile from them since that.
