Last night before bed I made two avocado sandwiches with chili mayo and sriracha. I ate them in bed while watching The Bachelorette with my girlfriend. I fucking hate that show. But the sandwiches were awesome. Also, I didn't brush my teeth afterwards.

I realised this thing's existence just yesterday when I saw it in a banner on rarbg advertising new rips. I'm curious; what was the pork substitute? Oh shit, sorry - I missed this post. So here's what was in the bahn mi: Great amounts of coconut/peanutbutter creme, there's some sesame mayo in it as well, and do chua (pickled carrot and daikon). Tons of coriander, cucumber, hoisin-peanut-dip, fresh chili, avocado, ginger creme, red cabbage, and something else that I'm forgetting. Most bahn mis I've had have been fairly dry but these are GOOOOOOD.
