I feel like Bioshock 2 greatly improved upon the weapon/plasmid balancing issues, but I guess it wouldn't make much of a difference if you were overall unimpressed with the original.

Even though RE4 was incredibly different from its predecessors, I would still say it was a great game..and it definitely had its scary moments (escorting the daughter back through the town in the beginning? don't even lie about it...that shit was scary) , everything after that was absolutely abysmal.

the key to this game is being a complete asshole to everyone except the most loyal members of your family. dont execute, jail. let them rebel and take their title. all nobility under me in Britannia can enjoy eating shit for all eternity. I somehow gained the Duchy of Burgundy without even trying....I now have Britannia and about 80-85% of all duchies and counties under dynastic control, now to consolidate my power over Portucale and then on to France...my old ally has been constantly fucking me over in the crusades. oh also, do not give someone a duchy and counties within that duchy...can create problems in a rebellion. my problem is my current ruler is a 40 year old dwarf and his wife wont have sex with him...i either need to off her or hope for the best....i need a son desperately. and someone should absolutely take Iain's copy of EUIII.....seriously my favorite grand strategy game of all time (though CKII is certainly a hell of a lot of fun), and most likely my favorite game of all time....i dont think ive played anything else as much as EUIII Chronicles.

do we really need to tell you? i think you know the answer. That site is aids. I had a profile on there for about a week to see what it is about. Not fer me. Fuck'em as I say. I've had a couple of good experiences, but generally the girls I like don't like me, and I'm not interested in the girls who like me. A little phenomenon I like to call Costanza syndrome. It's helped me understand my taste in women a bit more though, in that it's allowed me to tighten up my standards a little and realise that it's ok to be a bit shallow sometimes, especially since most girls on that site are anyway. I should start a blog about okcupid from a male perspective.. online dating sites are absolutely horrid and bring out the worst in everyone. avoid at all costs.

Sorry for the late response. Im teaching American History to 1865....the syllabus has to cover absolutely everything word for word, and also agree with predetermined course requirements (most of which are completely unnecessary but I digress). My finished and approved syllabus is, no joke, 13 pages long. Normally my other classes receive a syllabus of about 4 pages.

EUIII will forever be my beloved, but Im finally starting to get the hang of CKII. Current playthrough had me go from the Count of Dublin to uniting the Kingdom of Ireland, taking over the Kingdom of Scotland by force because of excommunication (i think), somehow inheriting Kingdom of Wales, and now I'm about one or two more wars with the English away from forming the Empire of Britannia, almost 600 years before the real Act of Union. Fuck me this is why history nerds blow loads all over Paradox releases.....so satisfying to work hard up to the point where you can challenge any of the most powerful realms in the world....starting out from a little crumbum county in the middle of nowhere. What should I do after that? Try to inherit Brittany or France? I really want to fuck with the Holy Roman Empire but its massive size suggests otherwise...

I have a new job teaching courses at a community college. Getting my syllabus approved is by far the most frustrating experience with any bureaucracy Ive ever encountered.

what do you mean by this? the whole "FILMED LIKE AT ACTUALLY HAPPENED" Journo-movie is never very appealing to me as a viewer. And in all honesty if it was a Navy SEAL operation, it would more than likely be about three or four minutes between reaching the destination and executing Bin Laden...probably with minimal noise. I dunno if it's portrayed that way in the movie but I doubt its palatable to me as a movie fan. I also can't help but feel that if it were "true to events", the movie would be about 5 hours long, 4 of which show American and European intel agencies horribly fucking up communications to one another.

yeah it's kinda typical of the local neohippies to scream "aaaah! jingoist torture propaganda wtf bbq !!11!" before seeing the film, but i found it very far from post-osama assassination "fuck yeah, america" sentiment. wait,, its out already? i wouldn't mind watching it but i personally didn't find the trailer to be all that compelling

ive never played any Max Payne games...maybe one day.... What Im thinking about is purchasing the Uncharted trilogy since it seems to be rather cheap at this point, and Ive heard good things.

weird question, does this game finally fucking wrap up the whole Desmond thing? Ill admit after Brotherhood I was pretty interested in all the puzzles and such, but seriously, the storyline needs to end.

After beating Dark Souls, Im finally getting around to playing Crusader Kings II for real......and as a long time Paradox game player, Im honestly a little confused as to how to proceed in this game.....Im playing as the Prince of Connacht....I guess my ultimate goal is to try and unite Ireland under my dynasty?
