    anyone doesnt like any of the new soundcloud tracks?

     

    I have some difficulties with the "modular acid" stuff, but mostly because I don't really like that type of music I guess.

    Also, bicycle wheel is one of the very few tracks I skip when playing the Dump.

    Don't know about that. I'm not sure people will talk about RDJ pre-Dump and post-Dump (like they did with the albums the man released)...

    Yet...who knows what the future is made of ?

     

     

    He's released 12-ish hours of career-spanning choons on a lark...for free.

     

    What other event in AFX's career--or anyone else's career, for that matter--even comes close to that?

     

     

    I meant "event" as a key-step in his career. Like the release of Drukqs for example.

    For sure, the Soundcloud dump is his more lengthy release probably, but I guess it won't strike the electronic music world like Windowlicker, Drukqs, or RDJ album did for example - hence my statement.

    sorry. hln00b here. never played hl at all but own orange box ps3(mainly played portal a few times and tf2) and own hl 1 & 2 on steam. do you need to play hl1 to know what's going on? also if i were going to dive in is it worthwhile to implement these mods and play it on pc vs ps3? are they pretty easy to implement on the steam versions?

     

     

    I didn't finished HL2 yet, but I know I enjoyed it a lot because of the HL1 references.

    You don't really need to play HL1 tho, because the stories are not really tight together. But playing HL1 will help you having a better understanding of what's going on in HL2 for sure.

     

    Anyway, HL1 is one of the best games ever so you should play it.

    Dreamt that a super awesome new comic book shop opened in my town, woke up really excited then realized it was a dream. And, you know, dreaming awesome stuff then waking up and realizing it was just a dream. It sucks. it's way worse when the dream is about something you used to have but now don't. It's easy to forget about the comic book shop that never actually existed. Waking up thinking your friend's still here or your girl still loves you just ruins your morning

     

    Most depressing post ever read before getting in bed.

    FWP : i've never been so counter-productive my entire life. It's been going on for months now but I feel like it's getting worse and worse : I just can't get anything done. Which is a real problem because my studies require loads of personal work and stuff like that. I was also supposed to run a student association but didn't did shit.

    The worse thing is, I also feel like I don't have any extra-time to make music, write stuff, take driving lessons or things like that.

     

    I'm pretty sure it's because of the cigarette (addiction etc.) which I'm trying to quit but I don't know, not doing anything is really horrible and I can't figure what the source of the problem is :cerious:

    Just begun Gunpoint, a stealth puzzle game which allow you to re-trigger levels (you can rewire the objects of the map between them to achieve your purposes). Original game mechanics + funny story telling = win !

     

    EDIT : oh and by the way I saw videos of an upcoming DLC for the original Binding of Isaac, looks like they want the game to be harder, again :gamer:

    My family doctor says I probably have a tumor, I need to go to the hospital, though I gather suicide is probably quicker lol.

     

    Woah Stephen hope everything will be OK !

    That's a bit harsh coming from a family doctor to tell one of his patient that he "probably has a tumor", they're supposed to wait for complementary exams and organize a reunion with specialists first before giving such a diagnose - at least that's how we do in France :shrug:
