Been working my fucking ass off the past month at my job, clocked 26 hours of overtime at pay and a half for this pay period, tomorrow's check is gonna be nice.
-
Is this gonna end up like his various plug-ins for NI that seem cool in concept and when Tim himself demos them, but no one seems to really use?

new azelia banks tune is kinda alright, the production is really good definitely a detroit techno influence... she looks pretty damn good in the vid too;

picked this album up over the weekend, good stuff:

I picked this album up on a whim today after reading the description sticker and having the album art catch my eye... Pleasantly surprised, it's pretty damn good darker synth-pop/coldwave.

Brought this group up in chatmm yesterday, good stuff:
Also, the new Here Lies Man album came out this week, psychedelic afro-beat inspired jams:

awesome shots, 3rd and 4th ones would make good album art for some lush ambient album.

Prepare to turn into or already enforce views about Gaia and the interconnectedness of it all. Moore taps into the soil here and I'm sure became symbiotic with it at the same time. Do love me a bit of Swamp Thing and his patience.picked up all of the alan moore swamp thing novels
got the first 2 Alan Moore volumes, will definitely continue on when they come up in a sale at some point
Alan Moore's Swamp Thing is one of my favorite's.. in fact I've been meaning to get more Swamp Thing, it's definitely worth grabbing them all.

Bittersweet, got distracted making dinner tonight and got outbid in the last few minutes on Spawn issues 122-149, which aren't collected anywhere else in trade... However I did pick up a sweet deal on the complete Armageddon collection. Spawn's like one of the first titles I ever really started collecting.
Also got a good shot of my collection all setup in the new apartment... -
Please be very very good

Fuck yes, I need these!... Sekiro, looks like the Dark Souls meets Onimusha I always knew they could do well (I suppose that's sorta what Nioh is too, but I've never gotten to that one... plus this one is actually FromSoft). I've heard there's a possibility 2077 may be pushed to become a launch title for the next-gen. I hope not, I've been waiting for this one. But at this point next-gen is probably no more than 2-3 years away.
In regards to Anthem it does seem a bit generic when I look past the mech-suit thing (which I tend to be a sucker for aesthetically), I'm definitely waiting to hear reviews pn it. I guess I'm kinda just looking for a Destiny-like replacement, since I enjoyed D1 but D2 is fucking dull.
-
I know, I know "Fuck EA" and all, but I daresay Anthem looks kinda fun like a Destiny meets Titanfall meets Mass Effect kinda thing... I'll remain cautiously optimistic and wait for reviews:

What?! The story was great, and that seems to be common consensus. If you mixed in some of the sidequests on the way they added a lot to the lore, plus additional boss fights. Dumbing down the combat to easy takes away like the whole challenge and point of playing... If anything I'd bump it up! "Gimme God of War" mode is said to be a decent challenge, that rewards with gear you can only get in that mode. I'll probably try tackling that after my run-through of Dark Souls...
Maybe it's just not your type of game, or you're just getting old Squee ... -
Finished the main story of GoW tonight, fucking great game. Now, to do all the side-quests and kill all the Valkyries...
Also dove back into the Dark Souls Remaster, hadn't played the first game in ages so it's fun to revisit with the new polished looks. -
MacBook charger got fucked up during the move, having to resort to browsing the internet on my phone until the new one I ordered arrives.

All moved in to the new place, already like 80% unpacked. Quieter walls, more space, more open layout. This place is already miles better than the shithole we were living in. People I've met in the halls have all been chill, management too. New place is gonna be good.

Yeah, the art direction is cool as fuck, definitely picking up a physical copy of this.

Occasionally I'll see a girl wearing a North Face jacket and consider asking what she thinks about Ae's more recent output. I never act on it though.

Really digging the new Daughters single, although probably the least metal sounding thing they've put out it's damn good:
it's got me hyped on a lot of their older stuff again:
Also been blasting the newest Jungle Rot lately:
and looking forward to the upcoming Revocation:
