They're one of the older school 4AD shoegazer bands, their 1993 record Mouth by Mouth is a bit essential for prehistoric moody lo-fi. Slowdive has caused me many a bleeding hatchet wound in my time... You ever check out the Morr 2 LP Blue Skied An' Clear? It's all the tracks from Souvlaki reworked by Morr artists (B.
