I'm so very, very unhappy. I might be recovering from an operation and, if I am, I won't be able to go to this

I've just found Venetian Snares to be really inconsistent, seen him do 4 sets, 2 were awesome, 2 weren't. Was actually more enticed by the rest of the lineup

i've only seen snares once and he was baaaaaadass... to have him play is massively exciting for us.

exile's new stuff is meant to be unreal too. kinda like windowlicker style electronic music so i've heard, with tim doing a lot of vocals... a total change in direction from his jungle / breakcore stuff...........

i can't put into words how excited i am for this gig!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry to hear that Stripey, hope it's nothing too drastic.

I've seen Exile's FX boxing on the old youtube but i can't really imagine what it would sound like on a dancefloor.

But yeah, can't wait for this

yeah he is always making machines to do different things, but dont think for a second that vid is indicative of his new live act, he just likes to play and make wierd sounds looks like he is in bedroom dicking about.

his new tunes are undescribable. it puts jamie lidell to shame, what with lidell going all jamiraquia and super mainstream, tims work is genius.

I really hope it happens for him, ive known him for ages and its been really tough for him at points as he always had genius that the regular D n B community could not deal with. so him signing to Mu and releasing proper well recieved albums made me really happy for him. and now he is in the zone. he seems to be more focussed and happy than ever making music which defies genres.
