Not to mention the French House music probably one of the most specific genres of house music there is? (Yet still some-what active and pretty prolific in ways) The Going on Microhouse movement of artists like Ricardos Villabos and such? Jesus I thought sense this forum is now the "electronic music" forum rather than IDM forum, that people would know all genres of electronic music. This is obviously a lie, and now I understand that this forced filter upon us is entirely faltered, because IDM listeners does not equal people who are well knowledged in a wider variety of electronic music. It's not about taste or what's even good, it's about what you think of when you hear house, and I feel that French House is one of the most house-like genres there is. I mean I know I'm no expert, but I mean I feel a lot of people here don't even know the full origins or reason for house music, but I'm not the one to talk about it.
