Where is the promised album of NEW material?

I bet most fans already have most of his unreleased stuff.

Still, a six year wait for old material is better than nothing I guess.

I'm lucky enough to say I've had a peek or two at Erik's unreleased archives, and trust me when I say - NONE of that stuff is online, anywhere.

Additionally, if this release is any of the stuff he's shared with me, it's bound to be fucking awesome.

Ya, seriously, I'm excited for this too! They know how to get me with a promise of colored vinyl.

I sure would like to hear some new stuff though!

did you ever get ahold of the 'While' remix album that was white

and brown vinyl? colored vinyl can be so much fun! white and brown

go well together.

Casino Versus Japan soothes me in times of trouble.

a whole new album with Freescha? ..that would be nice.

His self-titled first album is also being reissued on Moodgadget with artwork by ISO50, that's probably worthy of a separate thread, but whatever. Hopefully all of this is building up to the new album...

any time you do that mirror image kaleidoscope thing you're in trouble. i've done it myself before as its a great effect but you might as well detune your vintage synth, be scotish and make music with your brother in an underground bunker

I don't think the pre-order links have even been put out yet, but I'm really anticipating this and really glad to see attack9 is out and about.

As the owner of several of Erik's titles on vinyl, I will say that for my money, that's the best format for his music. It isn't one of these audiophile "vinyl is better than CDs" things, it just works much better when it's carved into a piece of round plastic.

i would certainly agree, especially considering the vinyls often contain tracks exclusive to the format.

it's worth it for someone who is and wants the shirt and stuff though.

certainly, i would have paid just about anything so $85 seems completely reasonable to me. especially for the color vinyl and 8 extra tracks.

Got one. Phew. Expensive but worth it. My invoice number was 106, so if that's any indicator, these will be gone VERY soon.
