All money made on the day will go to the Cancer charity 'The Christie' http://www.christies.org

Myself and others will be selling CDs of the artists playing on the day(those that are willing). I'm going to do a raffle and the usual pub/charity things!

The pub are going to make some posters for us and have agreed to put on a BBQ, weather permitting.

I would love some more suggestions on how to raise a bit more money on the day, all ideas are welcomed(sensible ones please...)

As well as 'the Vault' where we will be playing, I'm also trying to organise some nice acoustic stuff in the main room, if anyone knows anyone local that would like to play some stuff let me know. I don't think there will be room for a full band, but I am going up in the next few weeks and I will find out for certain.

Thanks!

I'm so very, very pleased to welcome Gareth Clarke to the Line-up!

An ex-Sublight talent discovered by none other than Mr Aaron Funk (aka Venetian Snares), Gareth Clarke’s lush, sophisticated melodies intertwine with clean, crisp post-jungle beats for the perfect pleasure amalgam for body and brain. Now appearing live at The Centrifuge’s shows and releasing on our label, we are mighty proud to have this insanely talented fella on our books! Big things to come."

I HATE LIVING IN THE US

YOU EUROPEANS STINK FOR HAVING SUCH COOL SHOWS

AND WE GET NOTHING

Organise your own! I'm sure that things like this don't always run so smoothly, but so far this has been a doddle! Though the free use of a room/free sound system etc really does help.

By the way, check out the sets Gareth Clarke has done HERE! - brilliant!

It sure is! Still waiting to hear back what time we can start playing. If its an early start i have a few more brilliant acts in mind that i hope will play for us and obviously more Watmmers. So chuffed gareth clarke is playing.

Other scenario is that if we can only kick off at 7ish then i will gladly drop my set to make room for everyone else.

What ever happens this is going to be an amazing day.

Will post more as soon as i know anything else. I'm in lake windermere at the moment though, sat in a car as my mates climb some trees! Go ape? No thanks. :)

Mr Feltcher came up with the idea of filming or somehow doing a live broadcast of this so our overseas chums won't miss out on the fun. Anyone know how easy(or difficult) something like that would be to set up?

It would be great if we could get it filmed. If people want to bring cameras with them we could maybe get it filmed between us. Just an idea.
