  1. I agree on both cases - let me see about if I can move the Football subforum order around (I think it might be due to it being the only subforum, and may be better off (and more appropriately) to become our first Club on the site? Out of curiosity, are those screenshots you posted actual size for your device? If I can use your phone's screen size as a benchmark for sizing/adjusting things, I think that might help tweaking the WATMM Classic theme. The main thing I want to do is get rid of the site logo on mobile (or at least reduce it down to just the icon) and put it in the header instead of taking up that additional space.
  2. It looks really, really hot there Would make a nice The Mary Onettes album cover
  3. RE: Tetris - turns out this is NOT the Mega Drive version, but a remake of the arcade version. There's also some controversy surrounding the version of Darius on it (apparently, Darius never came out for the Mega Drive as at the time it would have required a 32mB ROM, which would have made it ridiculously expensive back then) as some are claiming it is a fan-made version by Hidecade even though Sega is insisting M2 did the port duties. In other news, there's the latest trailer for the Soulsvania-like game Blasphemous:
  4. They can't do any worse than Sony did with the abysmal Playstation mini... Then again, this is Sega we're talking about...
  5. I was also excited to see they added the ultra-rare Sega version of Tetris to the lineup! Fun Fact: I had a knockoff Megadrive cart of this back in the 90's - found it in Los Angeles in a game shop and being a Tetris nut I was amazed to find out Sega had a version of Tetris (first in the arcade, then ported to the MD and then quickly cancelled (rumour has it only around 10 legit copies exist worldwide of the official release)). Here is my knockoff copy and the legit release:
  6. Zimbabwe kids in 1994 saw a UFO (60+ of them), and years later they recount what they saw that day:
  7. No... I think it was a game starring a guy in a suit of armour (not G&G), but the damn name escapes me! How'd you get it for a buck? On the Switch, or PC?
  8. Small refinements - I've taken it as far as I could with the built-in theme editor; now I'm going to start digging into the underlying HTML/CSS and templates to make some more improvements as suggested by you guys.
  9. Sorry everyone - something odd happened with the WATMM Classic theme, but I think I managed to sort things out. You can change your theme back via the link at the bottom of the page.
  10. So it wasn't the default settings in Firefox, but custom ones?
  11. Yeah, that's a good way to describe it actually - faltered in execution. I'd rate the episodes as such: The Comedian - 4/10 Terror at 30,000 Feet - 6/10 Replay - 7/10 A. Traveler - 7/10 The Wunderkind - 2/10 (this was a terrible episode - almost as bad as the finale) Six Degrees of Freedom - 8/10 Not All Men - 6/10 Point of Origin - 7/10 The Blue Scorpion - 9/10 (my personal favourite) Blurryman - 0/10 (wtf)
  12. The rebooted Twilight Zone was... mixed for the most part - too many SJW-themed episodes (they took the fact the original TZ was topical and timely to the extreme), and the finale was cringy af. Hopefully they find their feet in the next series.
  13. In-progress tweaking... hang on!
  14. Gotta know when to hold 'em... know when to fold 'em...
  15. I get what you're saying, but some people may want to change those settings from time to time, or for a specific filtering of content to try and find something. Again, description to remind folks how things are filtered. Noted - let me see what I can do specifically with WATMM Classic on mobile views to reduce the wasted space. Agreed - I'm triggered also by the "Go to topic listing/Next unread topic" links not lining up...
  16. I think you'll find his reputation is in fine standing now...
  17. The floof! I have a cat named Boo Boo that looks like that (male)
  18. Damn, that looks familiar! I can't put my finger on what game it is though (I know it's a NES game though) Played a ton of Gato Roboto... this game is sooo good! The jumping mechanic is a bit slippery; it's easy to overshoot a platform. Currently stuck on the third encounter with a certain creature... I won't spoil it but it's pretty obvious/comical. Damn pattern memorization skills faltering as I get older.
  19. Just watched the first episode last night; fuck me if this isn't sad and depressing, but amazingly shot. I was showing Mrs. Joyrex the Kid of Speed website (Chernobyl enthusiasts will know what I am referring to) and we were amazed at how accurate they got the exterior shots of the reactor building. The bit where they had the emergency dispatch recordings with the Cyrillic text was straight up BOC
  20. Yeah, I grew up listening to AC/DC, Metallica, Quiet Riot, Black Sabbath, Ozzy, and later Rammstein, Fenriz, etc. I *think* I got it sorted - can someone try a Bandcamp embed to make sure?
  21. Even more ironically - PS4 dev kits are essentially PCs with custom software (and some hardware I reckon as well). I wonder if anyone's ever tried to port the PS4 OS or SOC to bog standard PC hardware (that matches the PS4)? I know about the divine confetti - makes those assholes with Terror statuses much easier to deal with. Didn't think of using with PooApe. I'm soo tempted to get this for Switch just so I can play it, but kinda want to hold out for PS4
  22. I’m stuck on the poo flinging ape’s second phase...
