  1. I'm still shopping and researching etc to upgrade all of my components but I really don't know where to turn these days without paying a consultant...? I want high spl efficient but quality sounding speakers like they used to make in the 70s-late 80s (think JBL etc) but companies don't seem to cater to that market anymore or something? The room I'm dealing with is quite large. le-sigh
  2. FTFY My FWP - one of the Canadians being held by China is a good friend. Kind of worried about him. Sorry to hear that. You're not still doing work overseas at all are you? These are all surely political grabs right? Hope he is alright.. Edit: if it's Michael, it looks like consular access has been granted...
  3. lol I mean, I like it. But I could probably make that myself....
  4. Isn't the mona lisa at the louvre a replica? lol
  5. Taking an abomination (crocs) and turning them into tall platforms? I think it's p bad. But I don't do fashion in any way shape or form.
  6. Yes, I always thought it was Ventura ave. But I'd chalk that up to mis-reading it since I was a child when I played monopoly.
  7. Most of the people on that facebook thread are flat earthers, believe the rothschild people are lizard people, etc. IE should not be allowed to "pass go", "collect $200", or procreate because they're obviously intelligently challenged.
  8. I more or less meant within the context of running though. I don't think most that are into running are in the 220+ range. I have heart problems too so that's the other thing.
  9. Fuck outta here, that's not even obese Sent from my SM-G935T using Tapatalk My doctor seems to think so!
  10. what in the actual fuck $2000 shoes? =/ the clothes are ridiculous looking too
  11. ^ that's exactly my issue, I over pronate! I have orthotics/inserts which help, but since I'm such a heavy guy (222lbs right now) running easily aggravates my condition. The TENS machine has helped majorly, not sure how or the science tbh but it has done the trick.
  12. Dry needling definitely works for me, yes. This is going to sound really stupid maybe. But I had a number of issues with my shins and IT bands that I was having treated at physio and with the dry needling. Someone recommended a TENS machine to me (see Dr Ho lol) for those issues. And sure enough, 3 weeks of using the TENS machine at 45 mins per session on REALLY high settings, my shin and IT issues were gone. Between that and foam rolling, it seems to achieve the same thing. I was honestly skeptical but it did the trick. I can walk and run without developing shin splints or other leg issues. IT issues? whats wrong with your computer ??? not sure if joking... IT band = iliotibial band. Outer side of your thigh. Fascial buildup occurs if you walk with poor stance among other things, and it can cause pain all up your legs, back, and neck.
  13. One of their writers either made it up or stole it from somewhere?

  17. lol I truly do love egg nog, but I buy the light stuff? The original/regular stuff is not only too thick but it's way, way too sweet. You can cut the reg stuff 50/50 with milk too, I find it tastes better that way.
  18. Ew. Fuck that shit. If I crave a carbonated diabeetus elixir, nothing beats the original Coke. Especially the Hecho En Mexico variety. whaa? vanilla coke on ice is delicious. Even more so with vodka.
