    Playing Gorillas on Android. The original 1990 QBASIC gfx updated with modern smartphone controls, but still has the optional classic numerical Angle & Velocity input. Nothing like two stationary King Kongs hurling explosive bananas at each another. The new taunts are kind of annoying tho, wish there was a way to disable them. Otherwise I'm playing Doom 2016 on the big flat screen TV with the USB controller when I'm not too fatigued, now that I've figured out the HDMI link to the laptop. It's crazy how smooth the framerate is.

    No idea how this will end. Voted out by traditional elections (the most peaceful option), assassination, civil war...nukes...who the hell knows. Empty speculation. Either way I think it's safe to say the power balance has been tipped. All I can hope for right now is widespread grassroots dissent (which has been happening since Day One) and maybe some Republicans might go rogue. For this administration, it isn't even about loyalty to the GOP anymore. It's about loyalty to Trump.

    Just shows that he doesn't understand photo evidence even if it's right in front of him. His meager brain can only process things that appeal to his ego. There is zero objectivity in his thought processes. How his brain development got stunted at around 5 years but the rest his body managed to reach 70 is a scientific paradox. Ether way, the more unstable he appears, the more I doubt the longevity of his reign.

    Kinda where I'm at. But I've lived as a minority in another country before, so I can't help but empathize to some degree with the families who are legit threatened by this presidency. My biggest fear right now is whether our senior officials will be complacent enough to give Trump free reign. In other words, not have the balls to impose checks and balances on what appears to be the path to despotism.

    Another FWS: Finally got around to setting up the 60" flatscreen TV to broadcast from my Lenovo laptop via HDMI cable. Along with the USB game controller, I can now play PC games on the TV in exactly the same way I would on PS4 or XBONE.

    Bored with FO4. Might consider reinstalling either Bioshock Infinite or Wolfenstein: TNO, especially since both have pretty relevant themes today. But any game that's good for blowing off steam will do. Although RE7 is just released and has been getting positive reviews, I should refrain from buying anything that costs more than $20 right now.

    I made an accidental discovery in Fallout 4...which was homage to the film biography Grizzly Man. It's in that one factory where that dead guy's announcement to his "pet Murkies" is set on loop. I haven't officially confirmed it, but the names of the game character and the real-life Grizzly Man are too similar to just be coincidence.

    I'm not a proponent of violence personally. Libya already went that route with Ghaddafi in late 2011. As I understand there's been ongoing unrest in one form or another in the country since. Trump's obvious weakness is embarrassment. He should be scrutinized and ridiculed mercilessly, to the point where he'll shit himself, if only out of sheer amusement. I don't wish him to be assassinated. I just want him and is group of oligarchic dinosaurs out of the highest positions of power. If they weren't in these positions or aspiring to occupy them, they wouldn't even be a concern for me.

    I've checked the Steam user reviews and they look promising. Sounds like Capcom have gone back to the franchise's roots, but in the first-person perspective. Don't think I've bought a new game in five months. But now I'm considering this one.

    Obviously from an altruistic standpoint Trump's election was completely unnecessary. Not to don the aluminum foil hat, but I wonder if this whole thing was set up as a social experiment. Maybe some "loominati" puppet master dude wanted to see how the country would deal with a fascist demagogue in the White House, test our grassroots resolve.

    I'm guessing over time two simultaneous trends will unfold - more unity among Americans against the Trump administration, and inner disputes and tensions within. I'm not guaranteeing impeachment or an attempted coup d'état, but I'm not ruling out the chances either.
