I have it with both new and known music. Its kinda like being at a concert and some asshole next to you is screaming the whole melody. Very annoying because i don't know how to not do it now. I feel like im just overthinking it constantly, really ruins music listening compared to when i dont have that problem. Because when i dont have that problem im able to follow / hear the melody much better.
So whats it like for u when u listen to music ?
And when u audit u hear your voice or the instrument in your head. Like in the video when the bass drops out. I was only able to hear my voice because thats all im thinking of now. -
I misinterpreted what u said i didn't know the difference.
-
Yea i noticed it was different. But i started trying to do it and now my voice wont shut up when im listening to music. I wonder if thats just ADD or maybe other people hear their voice doubling up the instrument aswell when they listne to music. But i hadnt heard of that term before i will check it out.
I didnt mean anything by that capitalization.

what do you mean exactly?
When u try to follow it. DO you hear the note of the instrument going up or down or like your own voice in your head doing it.

you remind me of that one friend of a friend who basically lives couchsurfing, taking acid all day spouting nonsense about how he's a reborn king of the natives.. he told me everyone should just put their 2-3 y/o kid on the street for a few years so they get strong and develop individuality. all this while he hasnt showered in weeks and has a 9 year old son
those are the guys im going to pander to when im going into politics. Im just testing out my ideas here first.

Should people who don't excel at anything be allowed to live?
I feel like we need to start doing hunger games / Olympic type events, which at around the age of 12 u need to participate in. U will be tested to see if you are good at anything and if you are not u will be dumped or something. Probably be fun to televise as well.
Am i on to something ?

I feel like alot of depression can be prevented. If instead of asking kids what they wanne be when they grown up, tell them what they are going to be.

How rare do you mean? I've got a Juno 6 (I was saving for a Deepmind 12 but the Juno was cheaper, which is pretty funny in retrospect) and a Matrix 1000, neither of which are exactly rare treasures despite the current vintage market the Matrix 1000 was the last cheap vintage polysynth back when I got it, but they aren't cheap anymore).
I will say the Juno sounds way better than any modern analog poly I've played. The Juno sounds great but I wouldn't pay current prices for one, not even close. It's good enough that I also wouldn't sell it for current prices now that I have it, though (a 60 I'd absolutely sell, the prices on those are just ridiculous).
If I was going to pay current Juno 6 prices on an analog synth I'd get something modern and put a couple hundred dollars into a Juno-like vintage Boss or Roland chorus, (Dimension C, CE300, probably a couple others I'm less familiar with) because I hear a way more meaningful difference between vintage and modern BBD effects than I do between vintage and modern analog synths.
Vintage digital I've got too much of, you could hardly give that stuff away when I was getting back in to electronic music and really acquiring gear in the first half of the 2010s.
Stuff thats u cant buy in shops anymore and only second hand/ goes for a high price on the second hand market i guess?
So higher price = rarer ?

i always feel like those demos where only the synth plays are misleading. they are always so loud, u would never have them that in loud in a normal mix.

Ive yet to be impressed by the sound of any Behringer synth. They sound weak. IMO.
What would recently released synths do you like than ?
Does anyone here own a rare vintage piece of music making stuff comp synth delay etc?

Footwork/juke in general; I also dump hyperpop in the same (hyper)irritant category, I would rather listen to looped whiteboard chalk screech.
What kind of music are u into than ?
