Prisoners is surprisingly good when you think about the premise. What it does, it does very well. The ending falls a tiny bit flat, though. Enemy was weird. There was something about it though that was extremely intriguing, but unfortunately it didn't leave me wanting more, so I haven't watched it again. Anyway, if this is true then I'm pretty excited about what Blade Runner 2 will end up being.

Finished Wolfenstein: New World Order last night. Pretty good. The cutscenes were something else. Very well executed.

I honestly think this is one of Nic's best. it is, mainly because it's also one of the best surreal dark comedies ever made. I don't think the director intended it to be a dark comedy (I think he had no idea what he was doing) but it turned into this giant WTF with Nicolas Cage as the actor. this commentary says it all Wow. I have to watch that movie.

Yeah, people have found references to the Source Engine 2, L4D3, HL3 etc. in various data files in DOTA updates. It's kinda exciting, but it's been so long since HL2 so there's no way it can live up to the hype - unless they do something sick! I think in some ways I would rather speculate about what HL3 might be than actually play it.

Did you not find the American characters completely annoying? I loved the first and enjoyed this but the moments they are on screen are utter cringe. They were a bit too much, but the gore made me forget it. Also, compared to the shitty zombie movies the film studios have been slinging out over the last couple of years this one is Oscar worthy.
