Also important to note that the knife attacks includes things like robbery and not just physical assaults. Additionally, the US has more knife attacks per capita than England's gun attacks per capita, and the murder rate is still much higher in the US.

Yeah I guess that makes sense re: the connection. You need to revisit your figures ;) 337 attacks/year resulting in 254 deaths in the decade after 9/11. It is more than attacks by Muslim extremists though, but that should surprise no one who's paying attention. The state department released their annual survey on terrorism recently. Results might be surprising to some.

Although his latest book is not as thorough as his earlier works, it's much more enjoyable to read. Another interesting one to get is "A Capitalist in North Korea" by Felix Abt. Although Abt is a little too enthusiastic in person and in recent facebook discussions, the book is really good. The defector books are worth your time for the most part, but there is now a serious industry surrounding them, and that has warped how the memoirs are presented.

So put it in a bank that has nationwide branches. However, civil forfeiture is extremely fucked up. It hasn't caught on yet to the same degree in canada, but we need to be wary about it. That's some serious bullshit.
