    I smacked my middle finger on my lap top quite hard as I was getting up, and now a little purple ball is swelling up there, loony toons style. I find it quite disturbing. Please no balls appearing under the skin ffs. Also this is the second time this week I went looking for the vomit emoticon only to find it doesn't exist here.

I'm not sure why it's decided that's the only thing I need to know out of all the things going on in the world. *to clarify, I'm getting updated about once every two days... although Harvey Weinstein has been sexually abusing women at least once every two days for a few decades now too, from the sound of things.

    Why did you vomit strawberries all over the floor? This sounds like a good story! You already know the good part. The other part of the story is that I ate a lot of strawberries that afternoon. Oh, and I remember the exact location of the upchuck: just through the doorway from the hall, right next to the counter. Strawberry puree.

    One of my earliest memories is vomiting strawberries onto the kitchen floor when I was 4. That pizza pic brought that trauma back.

    In a pathetic attempt to maintain my beard my shaky hands accidentally sheared off a sizeable chunk of hair at the side of my moustache, making it gimpy enough to resemble something out of the bad taxidermy thread. So I had no alternative but to shave the whole damn thing off. My IDM quotient has been reduced substantially.

    I have discovered that I have a twitter account, but for the life of me I cannot figure out how to view replies. My instinct is to click the speech bubble with the number of replies noted after it, but this only gives me the option to add another reply. This could not be more counterintuitive and stupid. Everything is drunk and hate.

    Ahahaha so that's your cat! Seriously uncanny then. It's got the patterning of my dead family cat and the puffiness/spooky eyes/potty problems of my relinquished-custody cat. I also saw that someone just put up a lost cat poster for one that has the same patterning as yours, on the way to the liquor store. *drinking commences*
