    Haven't had a proper meal all day (it's 8:48pm) and I have a back-yard Chinese takeout date at midnight. So I'm making a grilled cheese sandwich and hoping it won't ruin my appetite for 3 hours from now. *8:48? Can't believe it took me 2 full minutes to write that. Well, maybe a minute and 5 seconds if it was the tag end of 8:48. Why did I bother making this edit?

    Ahahahaha it's got you! I stopped playing somewhere after level 1000. That must have been well over a year ago... your post better not send me into relapse. I don't want to know how many hours of my life got stolen by that game. I did get a lot of podcast listening in during that time, so... not a total loss I guess.

    South Park, Archer, and Bojack Horseman are the cartoons that tend to hit me hardest. Oh, and Big Mouth. That's show's amazing.

    I'm not really into them, but they don't disgust me. I'll eat a pear if it's offered to me, but I won't go out of my way to eat a pear.

    . imo I'm not so sure about that. Granny Smith apple is actually the only kind I can identify. Every other apple is just another gross soft apple that I find inedible. So when granny smith apples become those other apples it's extremely upsetting to me.

    Took a bite out of a granny smith apple and almost spat it out because it was so soft. I can't handle soft apples. I will eat mould and fungus, but a soft apple grosses me right out.

    Well, they've convinced me. I don't wanna risk being eaten by my corn or eavesdropped upon by my potatoes. Will stick to a hearty diet of only bread and meat from now on.

    And yes, their live show is a tremendously cathartic experience. You get swept up in the maelstrom of sound.

    I'm in the second camp. They developed a style completely of their own, which can be at once heart-rendingly melancholic and joyfully uplifting. They definitely retread the whisper-to-a-storm formula over and over... but that's what they do so amazingly well, and it's not like they're releasing an album every other year.

    Spent all day listening through old Zephyr Nova tracks, in order to begin compiling what's looking like it'll be a 5 album series.... 92 tracks being considered so far, with a few folders still to look through on an external drive.... I hope. Really not looking forward to tweaking mixes and mastering them all to sound cohesive. Going to be a massive undertaking. But I've made a decision to actually do it.
