  1. In case people haven't noticed, there is now an option to download just the artwork from the bleepstore, so presumably the black squares we originally downloaded were meant to be of the actual artwork and they blerped it up.

  2.

Is there still chance to get the sets? I've subscribed this afternoon and did receive the cofirm subscription request email.

    After that.... no email :(

Try going to the link here and using the forgot password function. Reset password etc.

Thanks for pointing me to this possible workaround. Sadly for me it doesnt work...
Arghhh, sorry to hear that. I wonder why that worked for some of us but not others? =/

Some of us are, obviously, the chosen ones...

Or someone at bleep noticed and pulled the plug

  3. Picked up Saga TP1 and Injection TP1.

I like the premise of Saga, looks like it could get quite fun quite quickly.

And Injection is nicely quirky and keeping me interested. Wayland Smithy is just down the road from me too so it was pretty cool to see some local places dropped in

  4. I just rattled through the walking dead compendium 3, issues 96 - 144. I much prefer catching up on series this way, I think waiting for this to get released on a monthly basis would suck the life out of it for me.

It didn't feel like much actually happened over 48 issues compared to the early parts of the story, but I liked the war arch against Negan and the whisperers thing was fun, with potential to get pretty fucked up. The Carl and Lydia storyline was pretty messed up, he got his socket licked lol.

  5. A Bulgarian Film

An aging porn star (Srdjan Todorovic) who's struggling to provide for his family agrees to make a film that, unbeknown to him, contains themes of synchronised dancing, throat singing, cocktail mixing and may end with his death.

    Dance Up/Off/Out

A film length version of this nightclub advert, starring Tom Hardy as this guy

But this is a good idea! I would definitely

  6. Born on the 5th of July

In the mid 1960s, suburban New York teenager Ron Kovic (Tom Cruise) enlists in the Marines, fulfilling what he sees as his patriotic duty. During his second tour in Vietnam, he accidentally kills a fellow soldier during a retreat and later becomes permanently paralyzed in battle. Returning home to an uncaring Veterans Administration bureaucracy and to people on both sides of the political divide who don't understand what he went through, Kovic becomes an impassioned critic of the war and relays his thoughts and fears to the people of America as a touring one-man comedy act.

A rip-roaring rom-com that will have you falling off your seat in laughter! See Cruise dress as a clown, perform a mime act, escape from a straight jacket and spin plates on broom handles, all from the comfort of his wheelchair whilst telling punchy one-liners and pulling the sorts of faces that would make a young Jim Carrey envious.

  7. The Fart

A man has a visionary dream where he realizes his purpose in life; to produce the world's longest fart. His friends and family totally support him. He also gets the support from the local mexican bean importer who grants him a lifetime free supply of Monsanto genetically engineered beans with which he trains diligantly for around a year. After the usual ups and downs of a hollywood movie, he succeeds by producing a 6 minute and 43 second fart, which ofcourse is being shown in cinema in its entirety.

Hope the directors cut shows the 10+ failed attempts that were between 2 and 4 minutes long, also a blooper reel of sharts

    Maize In The Pooz

Most every frame in this film is looking up from the toilet bowl at a man's shitting asshole (but the toilet rim is also in the shot for composition-sake). He always shits pooz with maize. We follow this man's phone conversations on the toilet (and conversations immediately before/after sitting/shitting; camera stays in toilet), throughout the course of a single day, and what starts post-breakfast as a casual argument with his girlfriend about not wanting to attend brunch the following day, slowly unfolds by evening into a who-done-it mystery about a corpse that appears in the neighboring stall. The girlfriend seems to know the dead man... How did they know each other? What is made very apparent is that no matter how much drama is going on in life, we all gotta take a shit when we gotta take a shit. ...How can everyone at this man's workplace who uses the stall with the corpse, react so nonchalantly about it? What is the secret of the man with the maize in the pooz, and the corpse, and the girlfriend, and the brunch, and the stall, and the workplace, and the toilet?!?!?!

    Twist ending:

The man on the toilet is M. Night Shyamalan.

    I'd go see that one

    Definitely YES.

    Kickstarter, plis.

  9. 'armageddon outta here!!!112

A rip roaring romcom directed by Hugh Grant, featuring an all star cast of Ben Stiller, Vince Vaughn, Seth Rogan, Sarah Jessica Parker, Jennifer Lopez, Verne Troyer, Pierce Brosnan and Matthew McConaughey.

The world is about to blow up because of something and people fall in love and stuff
