Also, Ignore All Rules. i laugh at your WP:IAR. this is clearly not somewhere that this applies. read WP:IAR again. this is essentially a vanity article which fails WP:N, WP:V, and WP:NOR. that is pretty much everything that justifies an article's existence. so stop wasting administrators' time that could be better spent doing something else, if indeed it is you.
