He went into a coma for years and was convinced he was in hell. Then he painted it when he came out of the coma. The paintings were fucking awesome. I went to the British Museum a year or two ago, and there was an exhibiton on of a guy who did illustrations with biro ink straight out of the pen. Then there was wierd sound in the room, a strange installation in the middle of the room and two big prints of photographs. Thats it, and I want to know who it was because I loved it.
