i was thinking of going to the cinema this evening too - terminator salvation. i only go if it's a 'big' film which has alot of visual wanketry going on. i hate cinemas though - can usaully only deal with them drunk. i only vaguely remember the watchmen - i brought a 6 pack to share with my mate but he wasn't drinking, so i got through all of them in under 2 hours (on top of the pre-cinema pints).

theres a cinema in town which you can drink at, and has a bar in the actual cinema, which you would think would be amazing, but its not.

Drag me to hell has a lot of auditory wankery that imo would be best suited for a theatre, its probably one of the loudest/most jarring movies ive ever seen in the theare

don't waste your money on Salvation. If you DO go and see it , make a donation to drag me to hell and then sneak into Salvation, that shit doesnt deserve anymore $

I saw both in the theatre, and with Salvation i checked my watch about 10 times, in Drag i was sad it was over so quickly

terminator is like almost every action movie hollywood makesBut no schwarzy (well just the cgi version), hence no humor, just a bad movie not enough bad to be ironicaly enjoyed + the script is shit.

Drag me to Hell is pure genius though.

If you want to see Charlotte Gainsbourg cutting her clitoris off, you should pick antichrist. It's a highly intelectual/psychiatrical film though. If you understand Artaud's works and symbolic you may understand it.+the photography is awsomely beautiful.

cool, im reading the reviews and it sounds wicked. i dont like modern horror films like saw/hostel, theyre plain unenjoyable, drag sounds like a laugh.
