looks just like transformers/t4/all the other shit we've been subjected to this summer except done in a pseudo documentary style with unknown actors and a ridiculous "high concept".

"looks just" ? Nah, there is something trustable in this director. I dunno but sometimes, there is an obvious element of trust between certain directors and the viewership. I can see that being one of those. Some sort of "meta-cinema" of the 21st Century. I mean the obvious low budget really shows in the trailer, and that's a good thing.

I was already pretty interested in this but the new trailer just boosts it - There's another thread around here with some other info, but I really think Neill Bloomkamp (sp?) has an interesting style that is both intelligent and entertaining. Kind of untested, I guess, which is why they axed the Halo film - maybe, though, this will make them rethink it.
