Obviously the only limits are avoiding plumbing/pipes but I expect after X feet, there's nothing but dirt. I have the potential, but I'd need a lot of convincing that it's the right thing to do. I wonder if it will increase the value of the property. We dug for a combined maybe 10 hours and got a lovely cave which is about standing height. WE are going to expand and maybe put in a studio.
