What I posted is not "theory". It's some of the most basic measurable, factual physics a person can learn.... Maybe you weren't referring to me though ;) here here :) god is theory. religion is theory, though the are some very real and relevant life lessons to be learned from the Bible. what we know about physics so far is fact. or is it? maybe 100 years from now people will be laughing at our peoeples, like we laugh at the people who thought the world was flat. and that wasn't even that long ago. even though the Sumerians knew our planet was round... and that we were part of a Solar system, 6,000+ years ago........... Lol God and religion are not theories. Much of what we think we know about physics is theory. It explains the very nature of things, it aims to find the truth and man is the truth freaking awesome. We never really touch things the way we think we do. We are largely made up of space! Look up string theory. If that shit is true, our reality is composed of tiny vibrating strings and 11 freaking dimensions. Just a theory though. Science is powerful and like any power, can be used to do good things (like save lives) or bad (BOOM!).It will take us really really far, or prevent us from even existing. Gotta love science man. It's another attempt at a grand unified theory really. interesting stuff, a lot of the more complex stuff WAY over my head. Theres a book called the "trouble with physics" that's about string theory.
