It's like at the start of his career he wasn't all that different from tha youth of today, remixing random bits of funny dialogue with a ridiculous drum beat & sharing it with his friends on youtube cassette tapes. Still ambiental with the sinister drone under the voice. At least it sounds less distorted then the sample used by AFX, but that could be possibly a bad convert from analog video/TV to his soundbank.
