Nebraska Posted January 28, 2013 Share Posted January 28, 2013 wow, this is an interesting idea for an exercise for sure ("using only a looping delay pedal and two synthesizers" with his live show setup). these are very minimal pieces- like longer versions of 'folk festival' or 'through the king's wood' from black mill tapes vol. 1 and 2 but what made those songs work for me, was that they were amongst a variety of other tracks. alone, these tracks don't stand out at all. there are some good moments on 'part 2 (treetop)' but i'm not sure if it warrants this kind of release. if it wasn't already sold out, i'd have advised to save your cash Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
