I can't help to think that this album was finished 3 years ago and Rephlex have been holding it for all this while. I will hold judgment on Dave because i love his debut EP, his second album will bring a more mature Monolith.

I really feel bad for monolith,hes a good guy. (Rephlex taking 3 years to release this album did not help) I feel he will learn from the mistakes he made in "WELCOME" and comeback with a superb album.

I per-ordered the album before the clips were available. Liker i said .. i over-hyped the shit out of this guy.

This is a step backwards for him,just listen to his EP .. it was almost revolutionary and a lot of people including myself had high hopes for the guy .. but i guess the pressure and hype was too much for him and his potential collapsed like a stack of hay.

I just finished listening to the album and WOW what a fucking disappointment. I love his debut EP and i thought it was original and the "step forward" the genre need it .. but Welcome is a piece of shit .. hundred steps backwards. it sounds like it was done by an amateur DMX ripp-off.
