    nah. the polls and the media just got it wrong. i think the way all the news orgs were covering crime for the last year is indicative of them just going for ratings and getting people to watch etc. crime coverage was thru the roof.. like 8 times as much crime coverage as previous year even though crime rate was pretty flat in most places. they were pushing a narrative for sure. i think giving credit to the dems for some 4 D chess is giving them way too much credit.
