    New Mr. Bungle would have been disappointing if I wasn't already aware it was going to be a rerecording of their earliest material. For what it was, it was well executed and as good as expected. If I were expecting a musical followup to California it would have been extremely disappointing. Still hopeful that could one day happen, as all members are still creating interesting music individually.

    I added the artist name to some mp3s that were previously just track titles, which caused the artwork associated with them to embed to the files. Had no idea that was a thing.

    You'd think I'd be a Kraft Dinner guy, but I just can't get behind it. Tastes wrong to me. But I'm no stranger to ramen. I usually crack an egg in it. Those new hipster restaurants that specialize in Ramen are all excellent. Hit one of those up this week.

    Yes, that is the meal I prepare most, with a "sandwich maker" that presses it into perfect pockets every time. But my other meal today was toast with olive tapenade, and that's too many bread things. So I went with my second most prepared meal, which is of course pasta.

    Ugh, so hungry, but not motivated to cook... and it's already 1:40am. This is a pretty regular FWP for me. I could order McDonald's delivery, but that would be fucked up.

    Oh man I tried that 100 gecs album a few weeks back, didn't get very far. That just sounds like 100% irony to me, but even with that in mind I couldn't stomach it. Sophie's one hella talented producer/sound designer from what I've heard. Going to listen to her album soon. Arca's last album has a similar vibe, which I also like.

    A friend randomly brought up pet names she wishes someone would use, and they're all quite gender neutral. Consider: Chair, Bowl, Cup, Leg, Bench, Stool.

    Sorry to hear you're in a similar place. Also, I never got sick for the last 3 years, and now that I'm finally taking precautions to avoid sickness I'm finally getting sick. Fuck you, irony.

    Thanksgiving was a while ago in Canada, so I did not make the connection. But there was that turkey pardoning thing this week, which should have tipped me off. FWP: avoiding people due to sickness after avoiding people due to depression has created sufficient enough isolation for me to feel as though my mind is beginning to crack.

    I talk to myself aloud regularly. Seems that's an odd behaviour that many people associate with "crazy", though in my case I think it's either learned or hereditary, as I grew up hearing my mom chat to herself all the time (and she's a lot more mentally together than most people).

    Could be. I did end up getting a mild head ache as it so turns out, but that was after drinking a few cups of some healthy blended fruit smoothie (my one wholesome addiction). It was probably more thanks to singing the same song 30 times over + sleep deprivation.

    Sounds like there's only 18 active (known) cases on the island, but 8000 in the province?? Over 800 new cases on Thurs - damn. That's crazy. I'm surprised Van Island has remained so unscathed. Our chances of getting it here are still extremely remote.

    I think my body's so used to dehydration that it just accepts it as normal. No headaches for me ever, unless I go for several hours after waking up without coffee (but that never happens, except for the one time that it did - lesson learned).

    All I've had to drink today is one cup of coffee, but I've peed enough to fill maybe 3 pots worth. So much unwanted pee. ?️
