Analord .WAVs

Don't know how appropriate this is, but does anyone have thee Analords in uncompressed .WAV format and might be interested in painfully going through the ordeal of uploading it to like, yousendit? I have the vinyls and my own .WAVs, but I wanted a comparison as far as quality went. I'd probably do the same if you were interested, if you'd care for them.

And no, I don't like .FLAC no matter how appealing it is.

I don't know, I just don't trust .FLAC. I just read about it being OK, but I still think it's evil. I'm downloading .FLACs off the intornetsharers, so we'll see if it can cut the mustard to clear the custard.

Speaking of which, does anyone in this bitch like PEACHES?

Why is .FLAC evil? Its just a lossless method of audio compression that works well. You can convert it back to .wav and have it be indentical to the original afaik.

i'm trying to talk someone into hooking up the wavs so i don't have to do the conversions myself, of course i don't even have a record player so it wouldn't get done anytime soon anyways, not to mention that i probably wouldn't do it properly nor with high end equipt.

btw flac is audio lossless, you lose the metadata when converting to wav, not that metadata even matters.

.FLAC? .WAV?

What's wrong with .mp3? :undecided:

It's lossy, whilst the others are lossless. So you might lose precious details!

And if you even listened to :boc: you'd know the devil is in the details!

And again for the topic starter: a decompressed flac is exactly the same as the wav version. It ain't lossless for nothing.

Indeed man. Flac is the same as the Wav, its just like a more refined .zip for audio. You get the same thing in as you get out you silly prinkle

MP3s are just fuckin' stoopid. I have a few, but only because I'd have to pay berjillions on the intornets for the real thing (AB5, but I have FuhLAC).

People really need to realize that mp3s are evil. I read somewhere that CDs are becoming obsolete to the mp3, and I want to kill these bitches.
