Things started off healthily enough when I had a bulgar wheat salad with nuts and dates for dinner, But that wasn't enough, so I've been guzzling down packs of crisps, at least 5 in the past couple of hours, I've eaten toast, I've eaten cheese, I've swilled Cokes... and I'm still hungry.
