yeah the salad idea is pretty foolproof; try adding pears, beets, feta or goat cheese, pine nuts and/or cashews, capers, hearts of palm or artichoke hearts and italian dressing.

Also, even if it doesn't come out perfect, I think she'd appreciate you cooking some eggplant parmigiana or something a little more elaborate.

Spaghetti Bolognese, but with Tuna, assuming she eats fish, fucking lovely.

Vegetarianism is about boycotting animal being killed to feed humans, right? How come fishes would not count?

Don't ask me mate, I just know that a lot of Vegetarians eat Fish, I believe it is Vegans who do not.

VEGETARIANS DO NOT EAT FISH.

With that aside, do a multi-course meal. Start with a nice salad. You have the right idea with that angle.

A lot of vegetarians like eggplant, so anything with that will give you extra [penis] points.

A nice wine should go with the meal if she's a drinker*. Some kind of nut [haha] would be a good garnish, unless of course, if she is allergic to it.

*Don't serve her Guiness as it's made with fish parts. I'm not vegan, but it makes me feel a bit uncomfortable drinking Guiness because of that fact.

You'd think that would be obvious right? But I've met tonnes of vegetarians who eat fish.

So I ask them if they really believe a fish is a vegetable.

cook a nice recipe that has a few more ingredients than meat, don't include the meat

how about a spicy veg frittata (eggs) with salad with eggplant caviar and gorgonzola walnut pear bruschetta

curry would be good, seeing as you are cooking for sex. spicy food can make people a bit horny. you could make a coconut based one with almonds or whatever, or tomato n lentils

A lemon-asparagus risotto would be really seasonal. Or use peas.

Here's something like what I have in mind.

You can use some of the white wine to cook with, and the rest to re-create the Panama Canal along her gooch.

Animal killing is not the only (or the best) reason to be a vegetarian.

use the Arborio or Carnaroli rice tho

surely barley would make it like lemon porridge

edit: also use butter

yeah my girl is vegetarian but eats some seafood. that's about the only food choice we have in common. i basically like meat + cheese sandwiches and she likes cheese + a bunch of gross stuff (vegetables, peppers, condiments) sammiches. what can i cook that we'll both like?
