we should just ignore them. let them build nukes or whatever, they know they're hopelessly outgunned so they'll blatantly never use them. same goes with north korea

I've got generally pacifist tendencies but I wouldn't mind seeing kim jong il get his ass whipped back to reality.

It's been pretty crazy, the past week there have been large crowds and riots in Tehran for Mousavi. Such fervor and excitement met with an apparent "landslide victory" by Ahmadinejad is definitely going to get cries of fraud. Which may well be true.. it's pretty crazy how easily the Ayatollah (the unelected religious leader who has the real power) can undermine the peoples' rights. Did you know the the day of the election they cut off all text-messaging services and internet updates from Iran so that the crowds couldn't rally up more people. Crazy..

could probably just ignore them and tell Israel to shut the fuck up

Adam Carolla has the understanding of a three year old when it comes to the situation in the middle east.

the west was pushing for a manufactured orange revolution .. you know ... like the way they've been doing of late ... declare the election unfair .. get people on the streets .. cause a little riot .. hope that it'll snow ball ... shame for the people that get led along by the ear (or in this case the txt msg) if it doesn't pan out .. and they all get thrown in gaol ... that's what happens to those kids that the west couldn't give a fuck about ... a west that'll just move on .. and keep feeding money to generate internal strife in iran until one day .. using hard (sponsoring internal terrorism .. like those guys that bombed a mosque who now live in the west including the UK) and soft power (movies/tV/cultural imperialism) .. they achieve the result they are after in iran ..

the irony of this is .. if ahmadinejad didn't win but declared victory straight away as a way to gain the upper hand right off the bat ... wouldn't that be the way that bush won in 2000 .. so we poo poo .. all the time ... everything that we do in kind .. hypocritical to the core of our hive mind ..

what evidence do you have of the US planning it? Surely they welcome the idea of the current president being removed from power...but I fail to see how it was "manufactured" if most of the Iranian public wanted this done years ago.

yeah...but the thing is that he's quite aware of the reality. that's why he so ill. the people...now they are not living in reality. but that's whole another thing.
