but let's talk about this revolution, the first serious internet revolution. there has been a USA president election some time ago, that it was said it was largely internet driven. americans were too head this time too. all the niggaz were on the seventh sky. every fucking one was. word up for obama. this time in history, state secretaries or some other pig of them started twitting their shit. TWITTING THEIR SHIT. and their live declaration sounds like you must PERCEIVE something too. they are not sterile description of facts. People must PERCEIVE, PERCEIVE, and you're goddam right, it's all that matters at the end of the day with media related shit. but goin viral you influence people's minds. it's a double edge sword, means there will be a time when things change for the opposite. that's 4 sure.

so you think this would not have happened without the internet/social networking/other modern technology?

if so, you do a disservice to the people protesting - a revolution doesn't happen on twitter, it happens in people's heads. modern technology is merely the facilitator.

What I never got from listening to 80's/90's black power hip hop music is the frequent mentioning of the 'pyramids in Egypt' in lyrics. Taking historical pride in it, as if the people in Egypt are black. Maybe the pyramids were build by slave nubians?

Discuss.

Some historians actually think that people in Ancient Egypt were in fact black.

also there was a book by a scholar...cant remember his name, entitled "Pyramids", and was about how the Mayans and Egyptians created pyramids as a testament to how greatly advanced they were the realm of communication and astronomy.

pretty far out there, but even stranger is that shortly after the publication of the book, he disappeared.
