Someone has to be interested in this. My man McGriff, sup?

My boys recovered and TD'd off of a fumble recovery at the 10 yd. line. Typical Ravens.

Also, I love how Ed Reed looks like he was a killer hobo genetically modified by the military. SO badass.

Word up Smet! It will probably be Ravens vs Packers at the superbowl. My personal favs to win it all are the 49ers.

But yeah... you're not gonna get any bites in this thread... just the occasional "Sports? WTF I HATE SPORTS!" watmmers types... and there are a plethora of them!

aw man really? we have a whole fuckin SOCCER forum. Why can't we have one thread about a sport that isn't about SOCCER?

But yeah, Im hopin for Packers/Ravens. I felt bad for Tebow last night though...his upset against the Steelers has to be one of the best endings to a playoff game in recent history. Part of me wanted the Steelers to win in hopes that the Ravens could beat their most hated enemies a record three times in a single season, but you can't win 'em all.

Fuck the Steelers.

What's with the "Sports? WTF I HATE SPORTS!"? We filled the entire 2011 most-IDM captions contest with sport-pics. ...I mean, game-pics.

*game on*

that was one of my favorite threads ever. that whole section of posting sport pics was hilarious.

i have to admit that i slept on the 49ers all year. i had no idea they were as good as they are. i thought they were more of a smoke and mirrors thing or just lucky like the broncos, but that team is the real deal. not sold on alex smith but their d is tight.

The 49ers died for me when Jerry Rice got out of the game.

I used to be a huge Skins fan growing up with them...my grandfather would play Hail to the Redskins nonstop on Sundays annoying but hilarious and it got you charged up....but once Darrell Green retired and Sonny was on TV talking about how Washington was rebuilding their team for the 27th time in a row, I had enough.

As far as Tebow goes, I was pretty happy for him since I followed his days with the Gators. I don't think all the hype and hour long ESPN specials were necessary though since he hasn't really proved himself yet. When the day comes when he can step to Brady, Rogers, Brees, and the Peytons then I'll start recognizing!

goddamn our offense is looking pretty shameful right now. Im always worried...the Ravens usually perform really strong for the first half and if they aren't well in the lead by halftime, they slowly start falling apart.

If we lose, we deserve to lose, especially after that pathetic stop at the 1 yard line.

I've been living about an hour NW of Green Bay for the last 2yrs, and it's getting nutty. Wherever I go into town, all I see is green & yellow. I live close to a small village, and after a Packers win, everyone drives down the road on their tractors & riding mowers with Packers flags, screaming drunkardly.

I have a Dolphins hoodie lined with sherpa, so I wear it often this winter while out. When I am in town, I've never been in such hostile territory during these rare social instances. The evil cheese filled stares from even the most innocent eyes makes me happy in my choice to keep repping the fins. And ensuring my outcast status in the rural community.

That's what happened to me as a Laker fan living in Orlando when they played each other in the championship a few years ago. Someone put Magic stickers on my Laker sign I had on my lawn. the Laker logo was crossed out too.

After last year's regular season, I kind of nurture the hope that no matter how bad the packers play, Aaron Rodgers will always save the day. I hope something bizarre happens and we get through the giants today.
