If I try to change my diet, start up an exercise plan, or make a serious effort to write more music/draw more, etc, I feel great and like my life is changing and that I've reached a solution to all my problems. I think generally when one sets a resolution, there is a boost of productivity for about a month of so. I can't help but think that this has something to do with the change people feel if they try to stop watching porn. It just feels good to apply yourself to something. That said, there's probably something to what the guy in the video was talking about. But if you think you won't need antidepressants anymore if you stop watching porn, because of this video, you should probably think twice.
