What to do and see in San Francisco?

Best comic shop I've found in the Bay is Dr. Comics & Mr. Games on Piedmont in Oakland. Kid Robot is a tiny place. Don't avoid Upper Haight (aka Haight Ashbury) just because it's touristy. There's plenty of cool stuff there including the Amoeba which you have to go to. place was converted from an old bowling alley so it's huge.

Also look out for the Off The Grid SF food truck gatherings. Just look up their site and it'll tell you where they're going to be and when. Bomb falafel, lobster rolls, Vietnamese, Thai, bacon burgers, cupcakes. Whatever you desire.

Off the Grid is actually in upper haight on Thursdays from 5-8, right by Amoeba. So you could knock out two birds with one stone.

For sure check out Amoeba, you're almost certain to find something rare there.
