something I REALLY hate from dime is their horrible names of categories, examples:

- celtic soul

- desert surf

- zydeco

- tin pan alley

WTF

ok, they have a drum and bass, techno and electronic categories, but this Squarepusher recording is in "avantgarde"!!

many artists are in the wrong categories, they have a heavy metal category but not a death metal or black metal... it would be easier if they simplify it only to METAL

i'm not at home now so i'll try to download it later

Well its better than the Belgium youtube sound or the bangface set. Its excellent quality in fact (i like crowd noise)

Also, i converted the flacs to mp3 myself but would rather upload the origional files i got so you can do

that part yourself as you may do it better than me... I'm not fussy...

Listening now, reasonable recording, but so much reverb that I'm not going to be able to blast these very loud. Excellent to have a recording without distortion though! Exciton sounding great with a live drummer. Although unfortunately overall the live drums aren't very prominent, perhaps it's just the balance of the recording. Hopefully they'll be in the foreground a tad more tonight and on friday. Thanks for uploading phudoshin!

No probs... i agree about the drumming sound being not as good as the electronics. specifically on Delta v -> Glass road.... it gets better at "exciton".

The sounds defo better at the beginning and end but not middle.

is it just me or is everything like 10 bpm faster?

also yeah i can't hear shit. but with the reverb and the squelching and my iMac speakers it could be fucking Merzbow recording a pack of hornets raping each other in a carpark

EDIT: the point is, i like it
