  1. Wow, didn't expect that kind of reaction from you! Yes, Werner was probably the most Star Wars thing about the show so far. I kinda agree - then again, it's only the first episode, so let's see where it goes. I loved IG-11 - hope he's not dead for good since his "main wiring harness" wasn't damaged (but was shot through the head?). Yeah, in looking at it that way, I agree as well. One thing that really bothers me (and I'm wondering if it was just costs) is there are waay too many humanoid-faced characters (Horatio Sanz characters was so stupid - he was acting like he was in a regular show and not Star Wars) especially the Transdosians (aka Bossk's race). Hopefully that changes as the series progresses. Nick Nolte teaching Mando how to ride was cool. I'm adopting his catchphrase - "I have spoken". I have spoken.
  2. Good to know - let me look into creating either a catch-all embed (works for tracks or albums) or one for each (not ideal, but might be necessary)
  3. Not sure what you mean... in the post editor, you've got a preset colour pallet for both the font and background colors, and both have a "more colours..." link allowing you to dial in any HEX value.
  4. This is awesome, thanks for sharing @Velazquez!
  5. As much as I seem to piss on this game, the visual spectacle is worth it - and the story, while typical Kojima weirdness, it intriguing so far. Audio-wise the game is interesting too - very good use of ambient sounds and effects.
  6. FUCKING LOL! Yeah, I'm playing it on PS4 Pro, and the game is stunning visually in 4K/HDR - I can't imagine how much better it will look on PS5 (probably smoother framerate).
  7. I've tried to avoid spoilers about specific details of the game, but I'm getting the impression the vast majority of the game is deliveries and connecting disparate cities to the "chiral network" to restore America. I'm guessing experiencing the story is more why people would play this game than the tasks at hand. Then again, if you think about it, all games are like this, really - you typically do something over and over to reach a goal. I will say though, it's more fun killing baddies or racing to a checkpoint than carrying a laughably large stack of boxes on your back (right now Sam's load capacity (har har) is 130kg - that's close to 300 lbs! I don't think anybody, let alone Norman Reedus could carry that much on their backs across this terrain easily, Monster drinks or not.
  8. Hey guys! I just got a refurbished DJI Phantom 4 off Ebay and it came with extra batteries and supplies... Oh, wait - wrong kind of drone
  9. Yeah, that's in Sam's (the character you play voiced and acted by Norman Reedus) private room you can access at any waystation. The drinking animation is a LOL as well. Drinking does have an effect - you can drink up to three (!) of them to boost your stamina gauge up by 25%...
  10. If this is a concern to you, I suggest you watch some videos of the game - when you are carrying your load capacity (ooh-er), it can be tiring just to move your character over the terrain. That being said, it's the most realistic walking/delivery simulator we've gotten yet! And while you won't get 4K presentation, you can still take advantage of HDR (if you have a TV/monitor to support it)
  11. I am - interesting so far (story-wise), and definitely beautiful (playing in 4K/HDR). The deliveries are getting a tad tedious (just walked 4000 KM!) though and I hope they become more interesting/varied (and related to the story more). The blatant Monster Energy Drink product placement is a LOL - I chuckle every time Norman Reedus makes some comment about "I need some water" and all he's carrying is a flask of Monster with him...
  12. Fall/Winter would be a great time for a BOC album to be released...
  13. Well, you can't use an emoji to 'react' to someone's post (without quoting them, etc.)
  14. Is this first-hand knowledge, a guess, overheard rumours, or is there some source to cite?
  15. There was a lot of shall we say 'disinformation' in the early days of Rephlex. Look at the whole Bradley Strider stuff, where first they claimed it was a separate person, then when @Bambi (aka Mike P) spilled the beans on Brad Strider being Richard, Grant tried to claim it was actually Manuel Sepulveda (the guy who designed quite a few Rephlex covers and most notably DrukQs) using Richard's gear to make the tracks... yeeaah, sure. All done in fun but frustrating from a fan perspective (or fun for the fans to figure out) - which might have been the point! Supposedly the legendary CAT002 had four tracks, two by Richard, two by Grant. CAT003 (attributed to IG-88 aka GWC) also was a GWC release (as I have been told). All lost to the sands of time now...
  16. Except the person in question is running our country into the ground far worse than any politician previously has, and not holding him accountable will make things even worse.
  17. UI Green was always known to be by Richard (there's a rumour that GWC supposedly did the last track on the 7")
  18. Ah, seeing Mike with his Atari make me soo nostalgic...
  19. If there was any release in desperate need of remastering, it's SAW 85-92...
  20. That would be really cool - I know from what he's told me in the past he's keen on getting all his old material mastered and archived properly - now this predated the Bleepstore, so I don't know if it was in the cards at the time to sell that stuff, but now there's the outlet to do so... I think while it is important to him, he's focused more on making music as that's what drives him. He might be getting bored of a trip down memory lane, which is why we haven't seen that many SoundCloud releases, nor any Bleepstore activity.
  21. It's branding, man - plus, it represents the site, not a specific artist like the Aphex logo would. That being said, an Aphex Logo, turquoise hexagon, AE letters, a Plaid logo, Squarepusher logo, etc. as additional Reactions may not be so bad (although it might get crowded)
