Not at all, all of the samples are different sounds. I agree with very honest, with his overall view on the whole thing. The overall production is different, and there are some things that simply don't fit in within aphexy or tom styles if you can spot the subtleties and are really familiar with their music. Anyway, good shit. lol You get it, Stephen? You don't spot the subtleties of Aphex and SquareP since you are not enough familiar with their music. oh dear lol for years and years and years that was the only "idm" I listened to actually, aphex and tom. Had go plastic and rdj album and drukqs on repeat for quite a while, kind of sad really.. I didn't have internet and was too stupid to research new stuff. Too busy off my face on pills listening to the next Sasha mix or something lol.. good times.

checkout 1:30 - 2:00 of Omgyjya-Switch and then recheck this track, very similar drum programming and basically identical drum kit/drum samples as far as I can tell. even has the same glitched out breaks

yeah... someone here put the two tracks over top of each other.. .wish I could find that vid it was interesting to see that they were almost identical in form and palette.

Are you talking about the locked groove? That's on the 12" too, completely unnecessary = why I hardly play it. Plus the quality of the production is a bit meh, Steinvord always reminds me of the colour grey, a messy and muddy / smeared out sound. The same vibe/sound I get with that radio broadcast. That's why I can't believe it's Aphex, his main focus this last decade seem to be to perfect his production skills, Steinvord isn't near that. Or maybe that's just what he wants you to think! Mwahahahahahaaaaa!!!!! Let's face it, for every argument there can be a counter argument... Until anyone gets some real clues or evidence (*coughstephengcough*) I'm not really that interested :) lol do you guys even have ears? edit: that's just how I feel sometimes when it's so obvious who it is. Felt the same way about the tuss stuff, knew that it was aphex. Of course we don't KNOW until someone owns up to it, but then again with rdj being such a liar if he admitted to having a part in it then people would STILL think it's controversial. And Tom isn't very vocal these days.

there are actually many reasons why Jodey Kendrick is 'not this guy' but ill give you one: of Jodey's plethora of Drukqs homage style tracks absolutely none of them get close to touching the authenticity of the 'Untitled' myspace track which sounds literally like a Drukqs outtake. So I guess the question is why would he put so many Drukqsy workouts on the EDM comps, but not go the extra mile and make them sound like 'Untitled' (steinvord myspace track)?
