  1. Very good quad. Due to the mystique around the brew, was expecting more, but not disappointed by any means. Awesome. Definitely a dessert brew. damn good, but nothing unique per se. Drinking this one in honor of all hallows eve I gather

  3. One of the most sophisticated TV shows I've seen in a while. Intellectually stimulating, aesthetically intriguing, every scene is somptuous, the dialogues are clever, the storyline is mostly unpredictable but credible and Mikkelson has nailed it 100 %. Up there with True Detective and Breaking Bad, as far as I'm concerned. pretty curious to see where season 3 goes. quality tv.
  4. The show should have always been about a complete world view, not a shite microcosm of Georgia. Would have been 2 expensive to do though. Games of Thrones begs to differ. Their investment seems to have paid off. Got a point there. Another valid point. But the sparseness has worn out it's welcome for me. I'm tired of this church in the middle of nowhere, this prison (in the middle of nowhere), etc (in the middle of nowhere)...It's just becoming this or that set piece in a forest. But whatevs. Feltcher had a valid point about the final point you stated above. But yes, focusing on characters is the reason the show is the way it is. It's unfortunate I don't really care about any of the characters though. Well...except Daryll...he's dreamy
  5. is brad supposed to look pissed off or is he really? Just acting pissed for effect. Still found some of it amusing.

Definitely sounds best on headphones. Everything just sounds so buttery this way.
  9. Yeah, it started to feel like filler. I felt bad for Sasha though. I think they were spending time with Bob to use his monologues to juxtapose the brutality in which they dispatched Gareth & crew. Bob taking the humanistic, somewhat optimistic vision when facing death contrasted with the stabby, stabby of Rick & Sasha (losing their humanity). Ofcourse it was done in the haphazard way the walking dead does that kind of thing. Also, I was drunk while watching & may have imagined whatever the hell synopsis I'm writing about.
  10. I liked the "Friends" jab calling back to bailing on Jennifer Aniston
  11. not youtube, but a couple laughs to be found. http://www.funnyordie.com/videos/83609486f9/between-two-ferns-with-zach-galifianakis-brad-pitt

  14. lol totally. this show is something of an exercise in self-abuse. But didn't you get all warm & fuzzy when this happened...
  15. i thought maybe he had a wound from the food shelter that he was concealing and had gone out to kill himself, or walk away before turning. just another character doing something that makes no sense. Yea, I looked at that as an option at first, but then they pan into the slash in the tree. I assume they were alluding to him being the one Xing the trees for somebody, which he feels bad about & makes him all cry-e. But, to your point, that would fast track the cannibal story very quickly (as they will turn) & move on to another antagonist.
  16. A reason I'll keep turning in to the Walking Dead. They added Alexandra Breckenridge to the cast. Well played Gimple. Well played. http://www.hngn.com/articles/46080/20141016/walking-dead-season-5-adds-sexy-maid-american-horror-story.htm

If you're on a 90s rock vibe you should try Clutch. They rock are still around and are amazing. Worthwhile tracks are Profits of Doom, Army of Bono and 10001110101. Spacegrass
