  1. I've been messing around with the comfort settings and have come the closest to motion sickness I ever have. Fortunately the offer a ton of options so you can nerf it pretty hard if need be. Anyways, it's fucking incredible.
  2. VR patch is out, and it's incredible! Hell yeah. I was going to mention that I got The Omega Wipeout collection in the mail the other day after the psn sale ended but I found it was on sale with amazon prime for like $20. Heard the patch came out today so I tried playing some of it non-vr before putting on the headset. Without the headset it was pretty fun. with the headset
  3. Syro vibes? I love both, Syro a bit more, but I feel they sound very different. Which tracks on here remind you of Syro? I'm not asking in a dickheaded way either, I'm genuinely curious.
  4. just googled it, it's stephanie johnson from survivor... cute, but not cute enough to warrant watching an episode of survivor
  5. is it? how's it different from other last-man-standing shooters? not that familiar with the genre but just the ability to rapidly build structures for cover/traps/vantage points. its my first time ever seeing that in a game.
  6. Yeah. I played a handful of games and at no point found myself enjoying it. At least it looks like it's doing something kinda different though.
  7. Started watching this late and couldn't stop until well into the morning hours. its refreshing to actually hear some people within the police department drop their guard and speak honestly about what's transpiring in Flint during the lead poisoning crisis and changing political landscape.
  8. If you're not big on boxing games I wouldn't outright recommend it because I'm probably biased here, especially especially when you consider its price point of $30. The tracking has been surprisingly good (i only play it standing up) and as far as the headset it's actually not that uncomfortable although you will work up a sweat and occasionally hit the headset with the moves when you return to your guard or throw a bad uppercut, etc. It's definitely a challenge though. Pad work will test your memory and reflex alley, as its name implies, will test exactly that ( )Thats my favorite part of the game so far.
  9. witcher 3 speed run? wouldn't approximately 25% of it consist of button mashing through dialogue? Beat the first level on statik. It seems pretty interesting so far. Broke down and also bought Knockout League, super fun and a surprisingly decent workout believe it or not. It's been a while since I've been in the boxing gym but the padwork and training alley segments are way more intense and enjoyable than i thought they would be. It also has a calorie counter to give you an estimate on how you're performing. Been switching between orthodox and southpaw for more of a challenge and balanced exercise. Just won my first fight in the game and it felt great to beat some big punch out universe shannon the cannon briggs looking dude who would have landed me in ICU irl.
  10. Wish I had a vive too, but I only have PSVR. Wound up buying Statik on sale for $8 gonna give that a try. I was going to buy the wipeout collection for like $15-20 but that sale just ended :(
  11. gonna check out rec room. a wipeout collection is on sale and will have vr support patched in later. I'm considering buying that. Also, i heard knockout league and sprint vector are fun.
  12. Yeah, I'll pass. We need some fresh content from the bigger developers. What other games have you been playing in VR that you would recommend?
  13. Just beat Moss, a VR 3rd person puzzler/combat game where you (the reader) manipulate the environment while simultaneously fighting off enemies with an adorable mouse named Quill. The levels look amazing, the combat became surprisingly fun, and some of the puzzles actually require some time to solve. Also, it really just further cemented how much better VR gaming is than basic gaming is at this point. It's way better. Can't wait until we get a full-blown rpg or souls type game for VR
  14. you've been visited by daddy2 say "hi daddy2" and your future will be filled with false promises and unnecessary thread bumps regarding future aphex twin releases that never come to fruition
  15. Heard a couple tracks of theirs back in the day and just kinda viewed them as cool in a quirky kind of way. Listened to the EPyou just posted and goddamn. Then I listened to their most recent LP and that's some preemo haunted house metal
