    the last few days i've worked with my neighbor on fixing the shared fence between our houses. turned into a larger project than planned all because the tree/stump on the property like they wanted to grind down so they could follow through on their back yard plans. all well and good and it'll be nicer/improved/better when all is done. today should be the last day of the project and we were supposed to start "in the morning" but as yet he hasn't appeared. texted him a while ago. it's been super nice out all morning like high 60s and sunny. but by afternoon it'll be fucking hot. i have other shit to do so not really wanted to twiddle my thumbs until he appears. plus i'm kinda running on empty here. i hate group projects. they're awesome neighbors, good people but i hate waiting. fucking hate hate hate waiting. edit: fuck. sunday battle with nausea and woooozzyness. would like to poop in the mouth of the universe just now

    i wouldn't be surprised if he pushes for some investigations to silently run in the background but puts a "we have more pressing priorities" face on his administration. i think the investigations into trump businesses by the SDNY will keep rolling regardless of who is the president. if trump loses... i wonder where he'll live? probably florida.. mara lago.. would be my guess. it's gated, full of rich assholes just like him and Florida is the kind of place where scammers grifters and swindlers can feel safe. NY hates him and i don't think he'd get much peace there. Wouldn't be surprised if he has a prolonged stay in russia or something while a new hotel gets built... it'll be interesting.. it'd be nice if something happens quickly and he and his cronies get fined or banned from doing business in certain places or who knows what... whatever sticks.. quickly would be nice though.. because we need to move on from this shit stain and his fucking cloud of dusty dogshit.

    started a few days ago. they also shot a guy in the face w/a "non-lethal round" because he was filming them. it fractured his skull and messed him up pretty bad. the governor asked them to leave the day the head of homeland security arrived in portland.

    trump admin rolled back 100 environmental rules last week. one of which is environmental impact assessment that is done when big projects are built.. so highways etc. basically means they don't have to show the impact of the project on the environment and can do whatever the fuck they want. also, rolled back no fishing zones on atlantic coast, removed rule that made it illegal hunt for bears in their dens so now it's ok to hunt in the dens killing the cubs.. also rolled back rule that made it illegal to shoot swimming caribou.. meaning when they're crossing a river they couldn't be hunted but now that's ok. wtf. also rolled back a bunch of rules around predatory payday lending and other financial stuff.. too many things to list. what a shit show. fuck these people.
