  1. so looks like literally every country is getting this before the UK.
  2. Awesome. Not a single UK based watmmer has received their vinyl box set.
  3. Damn, that's a shame - Aside from small mail I've had *all* deliveries done to my workplace for the last 10+ years. My home postage is shite .... It's been a long time since I worked somewhere that I could do that. Back in the days when I lived in Burton-upon-Trent. Was very convenient. Current workplace would be a certain no-no.
  4. Difference in cultures I suppose. When I first visited the US it was crazy to me that most places stayed open way longer than they would over here in the UK. Then I realised that means retail workers over there have it even worse than retail workers over here.
  5. That wouldn't be of any use to the majority of people working in the UK, since most people get out of work between 4:30pm—5:30pm just as those places close. Redirecting to workplace isn't an option for me, unfortunately. All of this would be academic, if my order had been delivered today like they said it would, because I asked my brother to stay in to sign for it. Now I have no idea what is going on with the order, when it will be delivered, if it will be, and Blerp support has suddenly gone fucking walkies for the past 3 hours. Thanks Blerp. Edit: that came off as overtly dismissive towards your suggesting stevie, when actually it's an alright suggestion. Just not something they do over here. Usually when they say secure location they mean "secure location" ie—that empty bin in your garden that no-one would think to look inside.
  6. my experience with DPD—they do not leave it anywhere unless you tell them to. I live in Widnes, in terraced housing, in an area where the block of flats at the bottom of the road is definitely a smack den. Definitely don't want them to leave it in the alleyway between our house and the next-door neighbour.
  7. It matters when you gotta work, and try and arrange a family member to be home to sign for the fucking thing that's already a week later than Blerp said it'd be. Edit: also it matters when it appears as though there is an issue with all UK vinyl orders.
  8. Nothing, and no update on the DPD tracking here, even though the mail sent on Saturday stated delivery on Monday. Not impressed... Thanks for answering. I've got the exact same issue. In fact, the wording from DPD makes it seem like they haven't even received the parcel from Bleep yet
  9. So, has anyone in the UK received their vinyl box set yet?
  10. Ochre is a subsidiary of Bleep Got my notification today. Unfortunately I won’t get mine until next week, and can’t listen next weekend. Not impressed with Blerp, yet again. At least it’s rare that I’ll actually order from them.
  11. No it doesn't, actually. But not gonna argue about that here.
  12. Wouldn't recommend refusing delivery. Usually when people do that, the item they have refused delivery of goes into a black hole, and the place where you bought the item from isn't obligated to give you a refund until they actually have the item back.
  13. I still haven’t heard any of it. And looks like I won’t be for a while. Thanks Blerp.
  14. Srs bzns I’ve waited this long, I’ll just wait longer. No biggie. Blerp.
  15. I was under the impression international orders from blerp always dispatched ahead of UK orders to help with slightly extended shipping duration.. I wasn't expecting a delivery til early to middle of next week. Yeah but people are getting estimates of 1-2days. From yesterday. Which means even if Blerp despatched mine today, I still would have it after those in the US who have already received despatch notification.
  16. I’m getting the feeling that I won’t be listening to this at the weekend like I’d hoped…
  17. Shit boi, you done better get yo lawyers involved up in dis shit. Dayum.
  18. I have tracking info for both of mine (ordered separately). I’m in the states. where did you see your tracking info? Tracking info for me came in an email from "Ochre", must be a carrier or something I've never heard of? (I'm in Canada btw, maybe diff for US). Ochre is a subsidiary of Bleep Oh cool. Thx! This would be the first thing they've sent that I've gotten such a notification. Most orders for vinyl I don't get nuttin'. I'm guessing, due to the precedent popularity of the big artists (Ae, BoC, Effects Twins) they'll likely distribute bulk stuff and store in warehouses in the US via Ochre moving forward, for ease of distribution and lessening the cost + wait for buyers. Definitely seems to be a recent development.
