  1. the vocal effects at 1:38, the fluttering synth at 1:42/1:45, the breakdown at 1:54 and the female voice that appears at 2:02 in 4 bit make it one of the most unique and beautiful songs i've ever heard. 1:38-2:08 is perfect. 2:02-2:08 sounds like saying goodbye to someone. i like the rest of the song fine, but that section is just perfect.
  2. nope. rdj mentioning it was the first time i ever seriously entertained the thought tbh.

  7. But yeah, was a single thing posted today about 9/11 funny? I went to the post office today and an asian guy asked me what the date was (english wasn't his first language). i didn't even know the date lol so i check my phone: 9/11. then i said in a flat voice "never forget" and he laughed nervously, not understanding. i don't give a fuck. i've never laughed at a 9/11 meme nor been offended by one. let's review the posts: yeah nah, i'm not watching that, it's probably retarded as fuck. a christmas carol with the words replaced with lyrics about 9/11. less entertaining than twitch spam. the nadir of shitposting has been plumbed alri, you're from ny, legit nice nice wait, nvm. that "meme" contains a minion. and the .jpg compression, it's ridiculous! haha!! super dank! the dank memes are always over compressed xD wtf damn son where'd you find this?? black twitter?? ROFL. *posted from my iphone6 via tapatalk* whether 9/11 was an inside job or not, a lot of people died. i got the day off of school so it was dank at the time and i didn't give a shit, but i always remember my dad's reaction to it. it was unreal / indescriferable to me at the time, but as i got older and more mature the reality of the situation sank in. i end up ignoring the internation news because it's so depressing, turn on n.p.r. and it's just like r.i.p. whoever. people only care about themselves man. the disintingration loops are neat but i only listened to the first one because ppl were like no he's a meme artist but then patricians like alco listen to it and i heard II-IV were jams so i'll listen to them soon. i have to be in a particular mood to listen to mopey ambient tho. step your meme game up bitch i'm glad your dad is still alive doublename

  11. sometimes, apropos of nothing, produk 29 [101] gets stuck in your head, and you mutter fucking hell, disgusting, slut and fucking whore under your breath while the liquid, rolling bassline loops in your head for hours. it's all part of the natural rhythm of life.
  12. Why was Cooper possessed by Bob at the end? It seems like he's lost it. Well, the thing is, he hasn't. It's the doppelgänger thing - the idea of two sides to everyone. He's really up against himself. People were really upset that it ended with an evil Cooper who'd been taken over by Bob. But that's not the ending. That's the ending that people were stuck with. That's just the ending of the second season. If it had continued . . . Isn't it true that you were less involved in the second series, because you were off making Wild at Heart? Right. That started . . . in the second season I was, you know, removed from it. Although I loved the idea of a continuing story, those stories have to be written, and every week you have to do another show, and pretty soon it catches up with you and you find you don't have enough time to get down in there and do what you're supposed to do. And it becomes something you don't really want to do. Were you unhappy when you returned and saw the direction Twin Peaks was taking? See, I'm not making a judgement on it. It's just not the way . . . If Mark and I had been working together, it would've been different. But we weren't, so it was the way it was. I went to a couple of meetings with writers, and things like that, but unless you're right in there and you're hands on . . . That's one of the frustrating things about TV: there are other directors, other writers, and other things that come in. It may be fine, but it's not what you would do. It's frustrating. So had the last episode been written when you came back? It was written, but when it came to The Red Room, it was, in my opinion, completely and totally wrong. Completely and totally wrong. And so I changed that part. A lot of the other parts were things that had been started and were on a certain route, so they had to continue. But you can still direct them in a certain way. But I really like that last episode. Lynch on Lynch. 2005. 182.
