We get a snow like that about every week from December - March. This is the thing about British weather. It never gets particularly hot or cold, but whenever it moves a fraction of a degree out of a very narrow comfort zone, the entire country shuts down and it's all anyone can talk about. Guest Idrn Posted February 3, 2009 Share Posted February 3, 2009 the snow is nearly all melted and im upset that i missed getting to enjoy myself because i had to work (i can work from home, so there's no excuse). did manage to get some photos during yesterday lunch and on the way to work this morning: also, bloody hell, all the pavements are still ice. i have fuck all grip on my shoes and had to walk down a hill. it was easier to jog 'n' skid than waddle.
